Here's a very short story about a very tall senior creative copywriter named Tristan Lenczner. Three-quarters British, one-quarter Polish, born in Paris but raised in the garden of England, Kent… travel was destined to be a big part of his life from the start. Unfortunately for young Tristan, he will only pass his driving test by the embarrassing age of 32, so most of his travelling will be by public transport, not in something snazzy like a Citroën C5. Tristan’s creative journey began in London where, just like a prime Lionel Messi, he dribbled majestically through internships and even bumped into Harry Potter on a random night out. After 6 months of hopping from shop to shop, Tristan’s taste for travel couldn’t be contained any longer and he accepted his first junior role at… DDB in Vilnius, Lithuania. “Where?!” his dad spat out along with half a crumpet. However 12 months of freezing cold Baltic winds were enough to leave poor Tristan’s delicate skin feeling Truly Destroyed and so after a year of creating terrible ads for shopping malls and Lithuanian tomato sauces, he decided to return to familiar grey skies and drizzle back in London. With music in his ears and adorned with a fresh pair of Adidas sneakers, he took on the big smoke and Shazam!.. his career started to take shape. 18 months later, Brexit was announced and after receiving some sound Life Advice from friends and family, Tristan decided to leave the land of pies and mash and head to a land with surprisingly worse food, The Netherlands. Calling Amsterdam his home since 2017, you’ll probably find Tristan navigating the canals on two wheels downing a bottle of YoPRO protein drink with one hand and vibing to Fred Again’s new album on Deezer.
